Privacy notice
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This notice describes how B2BLLM Secure handles personal data collected through this website. It does not replace the data processing agreement signed with a customer, which governs data processed inside a deployed environment.
1. Who is responsible
B2BLLM Secure is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Questions and requests can be sent to sale@b2bllmsecure.site.
2. What we collect
- Correspondence. When you write to us we receive your email address, the content of the message and any attachments. We keep it to answer you and to manage the commercial relationship.
- Server logs. Our web server records the request time, the requested path, the response status, the user agent and the connecting IP address. These logs exist to keep the service available and secure.
- Nothing else. There are no accounts, no forms, no newsletter and no payment flow on this website.
3. Why we process it
Correspondence is processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or to perform a contract already in place (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Cookies and third parties
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, loads no fonts or scripts from third-party domains, and contains no tracking pixels. The only third party involved in serving the page is the hosting provider that operates the server.
5. Retention
Server logs are kept for fourteen days and then deleted. Business correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship is active and for the period required by applicable commercial and tax law afterwards.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the address above and we will respond within one month.
If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
7. Security
Access to correspondence is limited to the people who need it to reply. Data in transit is protected by TLS. More detail on how we secure deployed environments is on the security page.
8. Changes
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Previous versions are available on request.
